Auto Specialties recommends these pulleys be installed by a qualified mechanic.

1. Remove battery cover by releasing the 3 clips

2. Disconnect negative cable

3. Use jack stands under car to access the pan

4. Remove plastic pan under the engine via 6 screws

5. Put the car in gear and apply the emergency brake

6. Remove plastic engine cover by oil dipstick. Just pull up.

7. Loosen hose clamp on left side of air filter box that says Mercedes Benz in silver in front of engine

8. Remove screw on right side of air filter box

9. Remove intake hose on right side of air filter box by pressing on clip that sticks out and pull hose away from box

10. Remove crank bolt using 27mm socket and breaker bar or impact.

11. Use ratchet to to loosen the bolt in the center of the tensioner releasing pressure so you can loosen the bolt applying tension.

12. Remove belts

13. Mark key slot on crank with marker to help in linning the new pulley to the key.

14. Pull crank pulley out from the front or underneath car.

15. Align new pulley with key and slid on . The key must line uo to keyway in new pulley or you will have problems.

16. Replace bolt and tighten to 85 lbs.

17. Use K060560 for pn 331310 or K060550 for pn 331320. Route new belt per factory route.

18. Tighten tensioners in reverse of loosning.

19. Replace all under plastic per removel.

20. Reconnect batter cable.

21. Lover car and check for pulley wobble and belt alignment. If belts are not lined up it is not installed correctly.
