Auto Specialties recommends that these pulleys be installed by a qualified mechanic.

1. Jack up the front of the vehicle and secure with jack stands.

2. Remove lower engine cover and lower fan shroud.

3. Remove radiator fan.

4. Radiator can be removed for better access but not necessary.

5. Loosen crankshaft pulley bolt.

6. Remove A/C, power steering and alternator belts.

7. Remove crankshaft pulley bolt.

8. Use pulley puller kit to remove crankshaft pulley.

9. Install underdrive pulley with multi-purpose grease or oil on inner bore.

10. Torque crankshaft pulley to 165 ft/lbs.

11. Install new belts on A/C, power steering and alternator

12. Tighten belts to factory specifications.

13. Reinstall radiator fan, fan shroud and lower engine cover.

14. Remove jack stands and lower vehicle.
