Auto Specialties recommends these pulleys be installed by a qualified mechanic.

1. Start the vehicle and turn wheels all the way to the right.

2. Turn the key off and remove to avoid an accidental start.

3. Remove 2 bolt holding on splash sheild.

4. Release tension, then remove serpentine belt.

5. Remove center crank pulley bolt.

6. Remove stock pulley with a harmonic Balancer Puller.

7. Inspect crank seal before installing new pulley.

8. Install new pulley.

9. Place a small amount of RTV sealer on keywaway.

10. Torque center crank bolt to 89 LB-FT, loosen bolt a minimun of one full turn, then tighten bolt 39 LB-FT and rotate an additional 85 degrees

11. Install new Gates blet K060705

12. Reinstall splash shield.

13. Turn on vehicle and inspect for any pulley woblbe and that belt is properly seated on all pulleys.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS UNDERDRIVE PULLEY BY DESIGN, ALLOWS FOR THE STOCK PULLEY TO BE BOLTED ONTO THE OUTSIDE OF THE NEW PULLEY IN A PIGGY-BACK FASHION. THIS OPTION MAY BE DESIRABLE IF ANY UNWANTED ENGINE HARMONICS OR FEEDBACK NOISES ARE DETECTED DURING OPERATION. PLEASE USE THE SUPPLIED BOLTS IF THIS OPTION IS USED.
