Auto Specialties recommends that these pulleys be installed by a qualified mechanic.
1. Jack up vehicle, place jack stand under frame.
2. Remove wheel and well shroud if necessary.
3. Loosen crankshaft bolt.
4. Loosen alternator, A/C and power steering tensioner bolts, if necessary, to get belts off.
5. Remove old belts.
6. Remove crankshaft pulley bolt and crankshaft pulley.
7. Install the underdrive pulley with multi-purpose grease or oil on the inner bore.
8. Torque crankshaft pulley to 110ft/lbs.
9. Install new belts on A/C, alternator and power steering.
10. Tighten belts to factory specifications.
11. Reinstall wheel and well shroud if removal for installation was required.
