Auto Specialties recommends that these pulleys be installed by a qualified mechanic.
1. Jack up vehicle and remove passenger side tire.
NOTE: Before doing this engage emergency brake and put blocks behind tires insuring that
vehicle will not roll.
2. For access to crank pulley, remove plastic body panel.
3. Release tension and then remove factory belt.
4. Remove center crank pulley bolt.
5. Remove stock pulley with a harmonic balancer Puller.
6. Inspect crank seal before installing new pulley.
7. Place a small amount of RTV Sealer on Keyway and install new pulley.
8. Torque center crank bolt to 100 ft.-lbs.
9. Install new Gates belt K060695. This belt is for vehicles with A/C and a 105 amp alternator.
10. Reinstall plastic body panel and tire.
11. Turn on vehicle and inspect for any pulley wobble and that belt is properly seated in all pulleys.
