1. Engine should be cold for easire installation

2. Place jack stand under passanger side and remove wheel.

3. Remove plastic wheel well shroud in front of crank pulley.

4. Loosen crank shaft bolt with impact wrench ,but do not remove it.

5. Loosen tensioners and remove belts.

6. Remove crank pulley with 3 jaw puller.

7. The ASP pulley is pressed on so cool the shaft with ice or NOS.

8. Heat the new ASP pulley in oven to 500 degrees for 45 minutes. This will open the bore up for easier fit on the crank.

9. Pulley will be hot so use gloves. Remove ice and push pulley onto the crank.

10. Tighten crank bolt to seat new pulley. Allow pulley to cool befor putting on new belts.

11. Torque bolt to 45 ft lbs.

12. Replace belts with new ones and retighten tensioners.

13. Replace wheel well shroud.

14. Install wheel and remove jack stands.
